This refund and cancellation policy covers all AI property analysis reports and subscriptions purchased through Nestli. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.

Because AI analysis reports are generated and delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a report has been generated. If you experience a technical issue that prevented delivery of your report, please contact hello@nestli.co.za within 24 hours for assistance.
